Product characteristics

MS Industrial Adhesive is a solvent-free one-component elastic adhesive, the main component of which is a modified silane containing methylsilyl. After reacting with moisture in the air and curing, it has the excellent performance of silicone rubber and the high strength of polyurethane. It is easy to operate and has high adhesive strength. Industrial adhesives have superior durability and electrical properties, strong toughness, superior low expansion and shrinkage, high and low temperature durability (-40℃~120℃). Wide range of application, no special surface treatment required for bonding substrates to obtain excellent bonding effect.

Main uses

1、It is suitable for the bonding of metals such as aluminum, iron, stainless steel and ABS, PC, PVC and other plastics, and for the bonding and fixing of various types of rubber, wood, ceramics, glass and stone.

2、Industrial adhesive is suitable for insulation and dustproof fixed bonding of electrical and audio parts, electronic parts and institutions designed for caulking and bonding.

3、Applicable to digital cameras, digital cameras, optical instruments industry parts fixed and shockproof.

4、Applicable to the bonding and sealing of parts of automobiles, trains, ships, containers, ventilation ducts, etc.

Instructions for use

1、It is recommended to do compatibility test before use;

2、The construction environment needs to maintain air circulation;

3、The bonding surface of the substrate must be clean, to ensure that there is no dust, no oil;

4、Ensure that the glue is filled with no gaps when injecting the glue, and that the surface of the glue is trimmed before curing.

Caution

Avoid contact with eyes and skin. If contact with skin, wipe with cloth and wash with soap and water first.

Transportation and storage

This product is non-flammable and explosive material, and can be transported as general non-dangerous goods. The product should be stored in dry, ventilated and cool place below 27℃, and the storage period is 9 months from the date of production.
