Product description

MS No-Nail is a one-component moisture-curing elastomeric sealant based on modified silanes. Humidity and temperature are factors that affect the surface drying time and curing speed, as well as the thickness of the application. Higher temperature and humidity will reduce the surface drying time and increase the curing speed; lower temperature and humidity will do the opposite. This MS nail-free adhesive contains no solvents, isocyanates, silicone resins, and has very low VOC emissions during curing. It has excellent UV aging resistance, is suitable for interior and exterior applications, and is compatible with most paints and coatings.

Main Uses

MS150 nail-free adhesive is mainly used for kitchen and bathroom towel rack/hanging installation, mirror installation, ceiling ceiling, skirting bonding, background wall production, tile point hanging assembly, metal and wood furniture bonding assembly, interior doors and windows inlay sealing waterproof, advertising stickers; industrial bonding and other bonding applications.

Instructions for use

1、The surface of the sticky substrate must be clean and dry, no dust, oil and water stains.

2、The ambient temperature and humidity have great influence on the surface drying and curing of the sealant, Zui best construction environment temperature 5 ~ 35 ℃, humidity 50 ~ 70% RH.

3、The construction method of MS nail-free adhesive can be referred to the construction instructions or consult our technical personnel.

4、The node part can be trimmed and scraped with scraper or rigid foam strip, and part of the fine trim can be smoothed with soapy water.

Safety Precautions

1、Store away from children.

2、Avoid contact with eyes and skin. Inadvertently contact with skin, wipe with a cloth first, then wash with soap; inadvertently contact with eyes, after rinsing with plenty of water, seek medical attention as soon as possible.

Transportation and storage

1、 Transportation: protect from moisture, rain, sun, heat, heat source, careful and light, no crushing and collision.

2、 Storage: sealed and stored in a low temperature, dry place, storage temperature 5 ~ 25 ℃, humidity ≤ 50% RH.

3、 Storage period: 9 months.
