Product description

MS400 is a one-component moisture-curing elastomeric sealant based on modified silanes. Humidity and temperature are factors that affect the surface drying time and curing speed, and the thickness of the application also affects the curing speed. Higher temperature and humidity will reduce the surface drying time and increase the curing speed; lower temperature and humidity will do the opposite. The product is free of solvents, isocyanates and silicone resins, and the curing process has very low VOC emissions. With its excellent UV aging resistance, MS400 silane-modified sealant is suitable for interior and exterior applications and has good compatibility with most paints and coatings.

Product Features

② The test value of table drying time will be different for different ambient temperature and humidity.

Instructions for use

Silicone modified sealant must ensure that the substrate bonding surface is clean, dry and free of oil before use; for rusty substrates (aluminum, copper, steel, iron, etc.) the surface needs to be rust-free first.

1、For oil seepage of the substrate surface should not be directly bonded, must be pre-treated.

2、Curing speed depends on the ambient temperature and humidity, too low temperature and humidity may cause curing difficulties; when the viscosity increases, the extrudability can be improved by heating.

3、Due to the diversity of substrates and construction methods have differences, should do the corresponding test before use.

4、After the surface drying of the gel, it can be decorated with paint or coating.

Security Precautions

1、 Store away from children.

2、 Avoid contact with eyes and skin. Inadvertently contact with skin, first wipe with a cloth, then wash with soap; inadvertently contact with the eyes, after rinsing with a lot of water as soon as possible to seek medical attention.

Transportation and storage

1、 Transportation: protect from moisture, rain, sun, heat, heat source, careful and light, no crushing and collision.

3、 Storage period: 9 months.
