Product description

American Riker is a one-component, low modulus, room temperature curing neutral silicone structural sealant, non-corrosive to most substrates, good for a variety of substrate bonding. Fast curing speed, 15-20 minutes of surface drying time at room temperature. Curing time 5-10 (h), 7 days to fully achieve the design requirements.

Main Uses

Silicone sealant can be used for caulking and sealing of substrates such as common doors and windows, common glass, ET panels, ceramics, sanitary ware, etc.

Color

Black, porcelain white, gray, transparent (can also provide the color requested by the user)

Usage restrictions

1、Can not be used for substrates with oil, plasticizers and solvent components;

2、Can not be used in submerged or long-term wet and non-ventilated places;

3、Can not be used for unclean, non-dry substrates;

Construction Summary

The construction of silicone sealant should ensure that the gap between the substrate is reasonable, extrusion thickness 3mm-6mm, width should be ≤ 13mm, relative humidity during construction should be not less than 60%, also according to the construction design requirements, construction substrate temperature 7-40 ℃. Large-scale construction should do compatibility and adhesion test and trial first.

Safety Tips

If the uncured silicone adhesive accidentally comes into contact with the eyes, it should be flushed with plenty of water and seek immediate medical attention, and the product is strictly prohibited for minors.

Product Storage

The product should be stored in a ventilated, room temperature dry place at a storage temperature of 7-27℃. The storage period is 9 months from the production date.

Cautions

Please do a compatibility bonding test before using the product on a large scale and decide the suitability of the product by yourself. Due to the characteristics of the product, in the case of large differences in temperature and humidity, the volume of the product may vary by ±15ml is normal.
