Product Features

Two-component, neutral curing, high modulus, the product includes A component (base adhesive) and B component (curing agent), use A: B = 10: 1 (volume ratio) or A: B = I2: 1 (weight ratio) ratio mixed evenly after application. Two-component silicone structural adhesive has superior weather resistance such as ozone resistance, UV resistance, high and low temperature resistance from 50℃ to 100℃, good adhesion and elasticity.

Main Uses

Structural assembly of glass curtain wall, especially suitable for workshop assembly curtain wall unit glass and metal components structural assembly; hollow glass second bonding seal and a variety of other industrial building uses.

Color

Component A is white, component B is black, and the mixture is black.

Usage restrictions

1. All materials that exude grease, plasticizers and other liquid organic substances. These materials may affect the adhesion of structural adhesive;

2、The surface temperature of the material exceeds 50℃ when applying glue. This will make the structural adhesive in the curing process of blistering phenomenon;

3, year-round moisture and long-term water immersion places;

4、The ground pavement, subject to excessive abrasion and physical damage.

Package specification

Under the condition of 23℃, the net capacity of component A is 190L in iron drum, and the net capacity of component B is 19L in plastic drum. Or A component net capacity of 19L, B component net capacity of 300ml/pcs×8pcs.

Transportation and storage

This two-component silicone structural adhesive product is non-flammable and explosive material, and can be transported as general non-dangerous goods. The product is stored in dry, ventilated and cool place below 27℃, and the storage period is 12 months from the date of production.
